OpkaldAI was initially working exclusively with physiotherapy clinics but had a clear ambition to scale across the wider healthcare industry. The challenge was to create a brand that felt credible within healthcare while still expressing the innovation behind an AI-driven solution. It was equally important to communicate that the service supports secretaries and clinics — rather than replacing them — and frees up time to focus on patients.
Through a brand strategy workshop, we defined their long-term vision, strengths, and positioning. These insights formed the foundation for a refreshed visual identity that balances technology and humanity, while ensuring the brand is built to support future growth and expansion.

We developed a new logo that combines references to the healthcare industry with a clear connection to AI technology, resulting in a distinctive and relevant visual identity.
The rounded typography and handmade-inspired illustrations and icons introduce warmth and approachability, while the sharp, confident color palette reflects precision and technological capability. This contrast between softness and clarity reflects OpkaldAI’s core mission: bringing together advanced technology and a human-centered approach to give clinics and healthcare professionals more time for what truly matters.
